Placing an order

All trade orders should be sent to Interiors 1900 in writing by fax to (+44) 01536 445004 or by email to sales@interiors1900.co.uk. On receipt of your order we will send you an order acknowledgement with approximate despatch date. Please check this acknowledgment carefully and advise our sales team immediately if there are any queries.

Cancellation of order

If you need to cancel an order, please do so in writing by fax or email to (+44) 01536 445004 or by email to sales@interiors1900.co.uk. Any orders which have already been despatched cannot be cancelled.

Minimum orders and delivery costs

Interiors 1900 have no minimum order value, however, our carriage terms are as follows:

UK MAINLAND
Orders £1.00-£100.00 (ex VAT) - £10.50 carriage
Orders £101.00-£349.00 (ex VAT) - £15.00 carriage
Orders over £350.00 (ex VAT) are carriage paid

NORTHERN IRELAND
Orders over £500.00 (ex VAT) are carriage paid
For all orders under £499.00 (ex. VAT), the carriage charge will be at a carton rate as follows:
1 carton: £10.50
2 cartons: £18.00
3+ cartons: £30.00

EIRE
Orders over €825 are carriage paid
For all orders under €824, the carriage charge will be at a carton rate as follows:
1 carton: €18
2 cartons: €30
3+ cartons: €50

UK OFFSHORE ISLANDS
Orders will only be delivered to a UK mainland 3rd party transporters. Carriage terms are as the UK mainland above.

Claims & returns

Unless packages are opened and goods are checked in front of the carrier, we request that all deliveries are signed for as ‘unchecked’.

Any claims for damages, incorrect or missing items should be sent to the sales team in writing by fax (+44) 01536 445004 or email sales@interiors1900.co.uk within three days of delivery.

Goods should not be returned to Interiors 1900 unless previously confirmed by the sales department in writing.

Any goods ordered in error by customers may be returned at the customer’s cost and risk, subject to Interiors 1900 approval. This will incur a buying in charge of 25% of the cost of the goods.

Account applications

If you wish to apply for a trading account, please complete and return the account application form below. Our accounts department will then seek appropriate references and confirm the payment terms in writing. Please note, we endeavour to process these applications as quickly as possible but they depend on the speed of response from the trade references. Please allow a maximum of three weeks for this procedure.

Any information you provide will be held by us and we may transfer this information about you to our financiers. Please see item 8 of the general terms and conditions for our full data protection statement.

Payment of invoices

Payment must be made according to the payment terms sent to you in writing by Interiors 1900’s accounts department. You may pay for any invoice by cheque, direct bank transfer, debit card or credit card (a 2% surcharge is applicable for credit card payment).
